Responsibilities
- Develop the frameworks, methodologies, metrics, and plans to measure growth activities and campaigns across the customer funnel, through different channels, user segments, product categories, and business units of Hepsiburada Group
- Enable customer engagement and retention strategies by analyzing customer segments and collecting customer insights
- Use analytical techniques to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to focus on; define metrics/KPIs for success
- Design, track, and analyze KPIs of the user journey; use performance on these measures to inform Marketing teams
- Build dashboards for monitoring marketing KPIs and performances
- Enable the optimization of the acquisition funnel through analysing related data
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to provide actionable insights for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention (customer lifecycle) process
Requirements
- BA/BS in engineering, MIS/computer science, business administration, marketing, or related majors, MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics consulting, product strategy, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Have a solid track record of driving massive user growth at consumer-facing large organizations/start-ups
- Advanced SQL skill is must
- Proficiency in English and Turkish; Russian is an advantage.
- Highly analytical and data-oriented with the ability to draw insights from data, applies creativity, instinct & data to make decisions deliver on KPIs
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce ecosystem and consumer behavior is preferred
- Good understanding of UX (customer journeys, conversion funnels)
- Ability to work independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
- Ability to move quickly, test and learn, show good judgment, and plan for how to scale seamlessly
- Have a high analytical drive
- Communication, presentation, and material preparation skills required
- Strong experience in cross-platform experiences (Mobile, Desktop)
- Strong experience in Growth foundational skills like A/B testing, analytics and data, user research, storytelling and psychology
- Stay up to date to the latest advancements in the Growth field (stack, frameworks, etc.)
