Apply now for the position of IT Internship program (6 months), This will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Your role:
- Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Provide end-user and local IT infrastructure support.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computer and mobile devices.
- Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate break-fix support.
- Handle IT service tickets, complaints and escalations.
- Manage IT consumables and mobile voice subscriptions.
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues under guidance.
- Assist in handling service desk tickets and providing first-level support.
- Microsoft technical certifications is a plus
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Good Team Player with strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Good time management skills, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
