About the role

Adecco is hiring a FINIQ Consultant , a leading Banking Client based in [Dubai ,UAE]. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth

What you’ll be doing

Wealth Management (50%)

Strong domain knowledge is critical. You’ll be expected to understand:

Asset Classes

• Equities (cash, derivatives)
• Bonds (fixed income instruments)
• Mutual Funds / ETFs
• Structured Products
• Portfolio Management products

Core WM Concepts

• Portfolio construction & rebalancing
• Order lifecycle (front-to-back)
• Corporate actions
• Risk profiling
• Performance measurement
• Fee calculations
• NAV and valuation processes

Client Coverage

• Private Banks
• Asset Management firms
• Wealth advisory firms
• Relationship Managers (RMs)
• Investment Advisors

You’ll likely:

• Gather business requirements from RMs & Ops teams
• Translate business requirements into system configurations
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Handle regulatory/reporting configurations

Technical Skills – SQL (50%)

Strong SQL is mandatory because FinIQ implementations are data-heavy.

Expected SQL Competency:

• Complex joins (multi-table)
• Stored procedures
• Views & functions
• Performance tuning
• Data validation & reconciliation queries
• Debugging production data issues

You may work with:

• Trade data
• Portfolio holdings
• Market data
• Pricing engines
• Risk metrics tables

This is not just “basic reporting SQL” — it’s closer to application-level database work.

Good to Have – .NET

FinIQ platform is built on Microsoft tech stack, so .NET helps in:

• Custom module development
• API integrations
• Workflow automation
• UI customizations
• Middleware services

Not mandatory, but strong advantage for:

• Technical Consultant / Techno-functional growth path

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
