Freelance User Interface Designer - SaaS

Join a dynamic project focused on building a consumer-facing AI SaaS platform, starting with Instagram automation and expanding into a broader suite of tools. This role requires an experienced product designer to lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process using Figma. You will be responsible for designing the marketing website, SaaS dashboard, and internal admin tools, prioritizing clarity, usability, and scalable design systems. The ideal candidate is adept at creating clean, modern interfaces, wireframes, and information architectures, and has a proven track record designing B2B SaaS dashboards. Experience with subscription logic, multi-tenant SaaS products, and scalable component systems is essential. Familiarity with automation tools, messaging platforms, or AI-driven products is a plus. The contract is for 6–8 weeks, with the potential for extension based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX and UI design for the marketing website, SaaS dashboard, and admin tools
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and information architectures to support product goals
• Create scalable, reusable Figma component systems for consistent design implementation
• Collaborate asynchronously with developers to ensure seamless handoff and execution
• Design intuitive interfaces that prioritize clarity, usability, and accessibility
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine design solutions
• Address subscription logic and multi-tenant requirements within the product design
• Ensure all deliverables align with the overall vision and scalability of the platform
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience designing end-to-end B2B SaaS products, especially dashboards and admin tools
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows
• Experience with subscription-based and multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Ability to design for scalability and maintainability across multiple product surfaces
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously with remote teams
• Bonus: Experience designing for automation tools, messaging platforms, or AI products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant SaaS design work
