Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.

About the project:

The project is dedicated to the Sales Tax area: building a SaaS solution that helps clients track and forecast their performance.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a cloud-based infrastructure solution in Azure
Deploy infrastructure as code
Building fully automated CI\СD pipelines for SaaS applications on the MS Azure platform
Monitoring, reporting, graphing, and alerting across all infrastructure services
Build and deploy Docker containers in an orchestrated environment
Detect and monitor security issues
Monitor and measure systems for performance, load & capacity planning
Ensure that Day to Day support and maintenance of these systems is managed within best practice guidelines, which include dealing with escalations as well as communications and stakeholder management

Requirements:

5+ years of DevOps experience
Commercial work experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
Decent experience in Linux/Windows Server administration
Well-versed in TCP/IP, HTTP, and complex cloud network and security topologies
Good knowledge of Azure stack (AKS, VMs, Blob, VNet, SQL Databases, CDN, DNS, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Git in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Terraform
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS)
Hands-on experience with Terraform
Experience setting up monitoring tools (Application Insights, Datadog)
Basic scripting and automating skills (PowerShell, bash)
Upper-intermediate level of English (both verbal and written)
Deep understanding of DevOps principles

Nice to have:

Understanding of Secure Software Development
Experience working with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
Experience with SQL (Azure SQL Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Mongo DB)
