CRM & Retention Manager – iGaming Product (Ukraine)

Our Ukrainian licensed iGaming product is scaling and entering a new growth stage.

We are looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to take ownership of player lifecycle communications and retention performance.

📍 Location: Ukraine (remote)

⚠️ We are considering candidates currently based in Ukraine only.

⚠️ Experience in online casino or betting is mandatory.

• Managing full player lifecycle (activation, retention, reactivation)
• Building automated CRM flows using Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
• Working with bonus mechanics and wagering campaigns
• Improving retention KPIs, churn rate and LTV
• Collaborating with Product and Analytics to optimize performance

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in iGaming (casino / betting)
• Strong understanding of RFM segmentation and A/B testing
• Experience with omnichannel communication (email, SMS, push, in-app, Viber)
• OR benchmark 35%+ and complaint rate below 0.1%
• Fluency in Ukrainian
