Our Ukrainian licensed iGaming product is scaling and entering a new growth stage.
We are looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to take ownership of player lifecycle communications and retention performance.
📍 Location: Ukraine (remote)
⚠️ We are considering candidates currently based in Ukraine only.
⚠️ Experience in online casino or betting is mandatory.
Your focus will be:- Managing full player lifecycle (activation, retention, reactivation)
- Building automated CRM flows using Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
- Working with bonus mechanics and wagering campaigns
- Improving retention KPIs, churn rate and LTV
- Collaborating with Product and Analytics to optimize performance
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in iGaming (casino / betting)
- Strong understanding of RFM segmentation and A/B testing
- Experience with omnichannel communication (email, SMS, push, in-app, Viber)
- OR benchmark 35%+ and complaint rate below 0.1%
- Fluency in Ukrainian
