About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Developer to join Exposed Solutions, focusing on the LiDAR room scanning journey. This role is vital to enhancing the quality and accuracy of 3D models generated through LiDAR technology and ensuring the stability of the LiDAR-to-portal pipeline. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end LiDAR scanning process, driving improvements in scan quality, model precision, and system reliability. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with experience in LiDAR technology, 3D modeling, or related fields. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with advanced degrees preferred. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is essential, along with experience working with point cloud data and 3D visualization tools. Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks, as well as knowledge of spatial data processing, will be advantageous. Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end LiDAR room scanning process, ensuring high-quality data collection and processing.
• Develop and implement algorithms to enhance scan accuracy, 3D model fidelity, and overall system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to optimize the LiDAR-to-portal pipeline.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
