In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing the results of assessments of compliance, planning and implementing assigned processes and taking corrective actions when necessary, and developing strong working relationships in your function and cross functionally as well. You are a technological resource and considered an expert in your technical or scientific area.

How You Will Contribute

You will provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes. You will also complete various projects--either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. This role requires excellent communication skills because you will work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications and talk with suppliers about raw material specifications. In this role, you will offer suggestions on how to improve projects in your area and ensure data consistency and completeness. Some of your other duties will include archiving obsolete specifications, running maintenance and audit programs for specifications, troubleshooting and providing day-to-day user support and training.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Data Analyst Júnior para atuar na área de Data & Analytics, com forte interface com áreas comerciais e foco em dados de sell in e sell out.

Responsabilidades

– Realizar análises de dados comerciais (sell in, sell out, preço, canal, cliente)

– Investigar inconsistências entre bases e conduzir deep dives para identificar causas raiz

– Construir e manter dashboards e relatórios em Power BI

– Desenvolver queries em SQL para extração e transformação de dados

– Apoiar processos de validação e qualidade de dados

– Interagir com áreas de negócio, especialmente time de vendas, para entender demandas e traduzir em análises acionáveis

– Participar da construção de validações e melhorias contínuas nos processos analíticos

Requisitos

– Formação em áreas como Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Estatística, Economia, Administração ou correlatas

– Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em área de Analytics dentro de CPG (indústria de bens de consumo ou varejo)

– Vivência com dados de sell in e sell out

– Experiência prática com SQL

– Experiência em Python

– Conhecimento em Power BI (capacidade de construir dashboards de forma autônoma)

– Inglês avançado

A posição está baseada em São Paulo, SP (modelo híbrido).
