Product Manager | Mobile Focus

We’re looking for a Product Manager to step into a role at the centre of a significant digital evolution.

The mobile platform already serves a customer base in the hundreds of thousands and is rapidly becoming the primary interface across the full customer lifecycle.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the mobile product direction, defining strategy, setting priorities and leading continuous discovery and delivery within a cross-functional environment.

About You

• Proven experience leading mobile product initiatives in complex environments
• Strong background in data-led decision making and experimentation
• Experience working across cross-functional teams
• Comfort operating in Agile environments with hands-on backlog ownership
• A track record of improving engagement, retention or conversion through digital products

Who This Role Is Not For

• Someone who prefers maintaining steady-state products rather than evolving platforms in transformation
• A delivery-only Product Owner who isn’t comfortable shaping strategy and setting direction
• Those who need fully defined requirements before moving, this environment values iteration and learning

• Product managers who prefer narrow feature ownership over end-to-end lifecycle thinking
