Product Manager (Remote from Argentina)

Accountabilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and user story creation to delivery and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product vision and roadmap
• Utilize metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure product performance and drive decision-making
• Prioritize product support issues and manage project deliverables within budget and timeline constraints
• Oversee product architecture and integration with broader solutions
• Facilitate meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Apply usability and human factors principles to enhance product design and user experience
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS or software development
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, or similar SDLC tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage projects, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional collaboration effectively
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills using metrics and performance indicators
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for high-quality product delivery
• Experience with user interface design principles and usability best practices is a plus
