Accountabilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas, defining project scope, methodologies, deliverables, and timelines.
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to identify significant opportunities for enhancing efficiency and quality of care.
• Translate complex analytical findings and strategic insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, proactively identifying strategic needs and proposing analytical solutions.
• Identify strategic gaps and emerging challenges within existing programs, proposing solutions for improvement.
• Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and monitor their effectiveness against defined objectives.
• Mentor junior analytical staff on problem-solving approaches and strategic frameworks.

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies.

• Deep knowledge of health plan operations and value-based care models.
