As a UX/UI designer, you will work on several exciting projects. Your role will involve creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces while playing a crucial part in enhancing the user experience (UX) of applications. You will collaborate with other designers and be part of a dynamic development team operating in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze user experiences, identify needs and bottlenecks, and conduct user experience tests.
- Propose improvement plans based on user test results.
- Coordinate UX initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Translate concepts into navigation structures, information architecture, functional descriptions, and develop prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
- Maintain direct communication with end users and stakeholders.
- Advise colleagues (developers, analysts, etc.) on user experience aspects.
Required Profile (Mandatory):
- Education: Higher education in Graphic Design (minimum bachelor’s degree).
- Languages: Strong command of Dutch and French, and excellent proficiency in English.

- User Experience Design & Research
- Digital Accessibility
- Scrum
- Experience:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI, with involvement in at least 3 significant projects (>1 year).
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with UX research, UX design, and UI design methods and tools.
- Extensive experience with Figma.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Blender, Cinema4D, Axure.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, and real-time applications.
