Reaktor’s award-winning tech community is looking for Summer Developers to join us in Helsinki!

If you are studying or in the early stages of your software development career and have a curious, proactive approach to problem-solving and learning, you might be just who we’re looking for.

As a Summer Developer at Reaktor, you'll be working on real projects with our clients, giving you the chance to put your knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience in real-world development.

You won’t just be shadowing—you’ll be an integral part of the team, learning from experienced developers and contributing to meaningful work.

What We’re Looking For

• You know at least one programming language/stack well A working knowledge of multiple languages with different abstraction levels and paradigms is even better
• You’re familiar with the web stack Frontend & backend technologies, communication protocols, relational databases—most of our projects involve web technologies, so understanding these will be a plus
• You have experience working in a team and following good development practices Code reviews, Git, and collaborative development—being comfortable with these will help you integrate smoothly into the team
• You can work in English and/or Finnish Most of our projects run in one of these languages. Finnish is an advantage, but not a strict requirement. If you are based in Tampere or Turku, you do need to speak Finnish due to staffing needs in these locations
• You’re located in or able to move to Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku You must have a valid working permit for Finland beforehand. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide relocation assistance for trainees
