The Role

• Create, maintain, and adapt service and deployment schedules according to central guidelines.

• Ensure needs-based, economical, and compliant deployment planning.

• Manage and maintain planning systems, ensuring correct parameters and data.

• Implement central planning guidelines, including compliance with legal and collective bargaining agreements.

• Act as a central point of contact for employees regarding working hours and schedule changes.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Professional experience in operational personnel, service, or deployment planning within aviation or similar 24/7 operations.

• Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining frameworks.

• Experience with Workforce Management, planning, or dispatch systems (GroundStar and SPX preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and an affinity for IT systems.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• High degree of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability, with the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic situations.
