Key Responsibilities


Install and configure servers, network devices, and hardware within data center racks, including cabling (fiber & copper) and power connections.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, switches, environmental systems (cooling, UPS, PDUs), and power supplies.


Execute operational workflows using DevOps tools such as GitLab.

Write scripts to interact with APIs for automation and operational efficiency.

Maintain data center security standards, including access control, vendor escorting, and compliance with physical security measures.

Manage hardware shipments, inventory tracking, receiving, and documentation.

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, maintenance activities, incidents, and changes.



Required Skills & Qualifications


Strong hands‑on experience in data centers: rack & stack, cabling (fiber/copper), server installation, and troubleshooting.

Solid understanding of networking concepts (L1/L2 troubleshooting, switchports, optics, structured cabling).

Familiarity with environmental systems such as UPS, PDUs, cooling/CRAC units.

Experience with DevOps workflows (GitLab preferred).

Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) and API awareness.

Strong documentation discipline.
