Remote Head of Product

Accountabilities

• Own product strategy and prioritization across the product portfolio, based on market needs and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Product Team, providing clear direction and accountability.
• Conduct competitive landscape assessments and win/loss analyses to differentiate our offerings.
• Establish robust user research practices, including defining Ideal Customer Profiles and conducting user interviews.
• Transition from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate with BD and Marketing to create impactful user-specific materials.
• Work with engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure successful execution.
• Represent product strategy at the executive level and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in scaling product functions in tech companies.
• Expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience balancing technical constraints with user needs.
• Background in crypto and a solid understanding of blockchain technology.
