Senior Java Developer for the Omnichannel Unit

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our Omnichannel Unit. Our team delivers end-to-end IT solutions that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels - from mobile apps and self-service platforms to call centers.

In this role, you will work on secure, scalable solutions that enable seamless and safe customer journeys. If you want to take real ownership and influence architectural decisions - this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Implement and maintain OAuth2 / OIDC flows (Authorization Code, PKCE, Client Credentials).
• Configure and manage Keycloak in production (realm design, client setup, token policies).
• Create and maintain Keycloak SPIs for custom functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus).
• Participate in architectural decisions and ensure best coding practices.
• Develop and maintain applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) using JPA/Hibernate.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and own the delivery process.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Java development with Spring Boot or Quarkus, including REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience implementing OAuth2/OIDC flows (Authorization Code, PKCE, Client Credentials).
• Production experience with Keycloak.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Hands-on leadership: architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery process ownership.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages (B2+ level).
