Salary range for this position group: is 2290 to 3430 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Management Board and ensure the effective coordination of the company’s governance activities. This is a high‑trust role requiring discretion, sound judgment, and close collaboration with senior leadership on strategic matters.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing and coordinating complex agendas for the CEO and Management Board, ensuring alignment across meetings, visits and shifting priorities
- Organizing and supporting Supervisory Board visits and strategic sessions
- Planning and delivering high-level meetings, visits and events, ensuring seamless organizational, logistical and technical execution
- Coordinating executive communications, ensuring timely alignment and smooth information flow, including reviewing and preparing presentations, briefings, key messages and correspondence
- Providing coordination support on practical and technical matters related to executive activities
- University degree (preferred)
- Proven experience supporting C‑level executives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to operate confidently in complex international stakeholder environments
- Flexibility to adapt working hours to executive and business needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Professional maturity, resilience, and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong digital skills, including effective use of modern IT and AI‑based tools
