We’re looking to further strengthen our commercial team: We’re hiring a Account Executive to join our Connect Business Unit.
What You Will Do
We are building the ultimate global, AI-powered Customer Engagement Platform that enables businesses to connect with customers, automate work, and manage every interaction through a single, reliable, and user-friendly solution. That is our mission for 2026.
The Connect business unit is where this story began. It is the origin of CM.com, still represents our largest global footprint, and today accounts for approx. 75% of our total revenue. Without messaging infrastructure, customer engagement simply doesn’t exist. Without channels, there is no communication.
Connect is the messaging backbone behind some of the most critical and high-volume communication flows worldwide. From NL-Alert and DigiD, to email gateways powering global marketing campaigns, and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive.
Every year, billions of messages travel through our systems, spread across an increasingly diverse and multi-channel landscape.
The market is moving fast, away from SMS-only communication towards richer, more interactive, multi-channel conversations. CM.com brings all major channels together in one platform: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Viber, Instagram & Facebook Messenger, Apple Messages for Business, WeChat, Line and Telegram. Each channel has its own strength, its own moment, and its own purpose. We help clients to make sure they work together seamlessly.
To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a commercial professional who understands the value of connectivity, can strengthen relationships with clients and partners, and proactively turns market opportunities into sustainable growth.

In Your First 12 Months, You Will
- Take ownership of managing and growing your portfolio of clients
- Work closely with clients across diverse industries
- Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling
- Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
- Help shape how this role will look a year from now
- Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans
That’s why you ideally have
- You love sales;
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines).
- Proven commercial experience in the Telco, CPaaS, or IT services industries (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
- A track record of success in selling complex solutions to large enterprises or corporate environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
- Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and a deep understanding of corporate decision-making processes.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Dutch is a hard requirement.
