Role: UX Designer
Location: Amsterdam, NL
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Apply usability best practices and accessibility standards
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain design systems and UX documentation
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in UX design (level may vary by role)
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and problem-solving skills
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
