For our renowned client, a global leader in the field device industry, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m,w,d)!

Project duration: 12 months with the option to extend
Location: Hinwil, ZH
Workload: 100%
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies and ensure strong team collaboration.
- Remove impediments, especially around cross-team and OS-related dependencies (OC dependencies).
- Coach teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and effective delivery.
- Support backlog refinement and clarify OS-related work items.
- Maintain transparency through progress tracking, flow metrics, and reporting.
- Strengthen collaboration with firmware, architecture, testing, release, and hardware teams.
- Drive process improvements and help identify and mitigate risks early.
- Lead multiple teams in a matrix organisation, influencing stakeholders across domains.
- Ensure coordination between hardware, software, testing, and system teams.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong background supporting software or hardware/software development teams.
- Experience in embedded systems, firmware development, or operating-system-level environments.
- Proven experience coordinating delivery in technical R&D or industrialisation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, etc.).
- Advanced Scrum certifications and/or Agile Leadership experience are a plus.
