We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Java Engineer to join our team and build cutting-edge solutions for the logistics world. You’ll work on designing, developing, and implementing features for a robust and scalable platform that transforms how businesses deliver goods and services.

Responsabilities:

• Design, plan, and execute the roadmap for the team, focusing on introducing new ways to improve application performance
• Work on the design of complex features across the platform
• Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work with team members on technological and architectural topics to drive engineering excellence

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (Java)
• 2+ years of practical hands-on experience in developing and researching algorithms
• Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Experience designing and architecting large, scalable cloud-based applications
• Experience working with Microservice architecture and event-based systems
• Strong mathematical background
• Outstanding drive and communication skills
• Organisational and time-management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Spring Framework
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes technologies
• BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
