Project Manager

About the role:

As the dedicated search partner for our client, we are supporting them in hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager. This position sits within a global, highly regulated environment where project excellence, stakeholder partnership, and operational transformation are central to success.

Role overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead complex, high‑impact initiatives across multiple countries and functions. The role requires a strong blend of strategic oversight, hands‑on delivery, and confident stakeholder engagement in a fast‑paced and international setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large global projects, ensuring alignment with internal governance frameworks and measurable value creation.
• Manage several workstreams at once, partnering with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions while navigating evolving priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business sponsors, supporting strategic decision making and ensuring project outcomes align with organisational goals.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a balance between immediate problem solving and long‑term planning.
• Uphold strong project governance while contributing to continuous improvement in delivery methods.
• Work closely with change management, IT, and operational teams to secure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
• Guide and support a small team of project analysts and coordinators.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including leadership of multi‑country or enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Certification in SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide senior leaders.
• Solid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and value realisation.
• Background in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, logistics, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills suited to global and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform in a fast‑moving environment.
• A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, with flexibility in approach based on project needs.
• Fluency in English.
