Job Title: Data Scientist - Model Production

Location: Eindhoven

A leading media and marketing organization are seeking a Data Scientist to join its internal team. The company is focused on leveraging data and AI to drive scalable, business-critical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple industries.

Role Overview:

The Data Scientist will focus on productionizing machine learning models, transforming prototypes into robust, scalable systems that support key business operations. The role is central to embedding AI and data-driven insights into the company's processes, working closely with internal teams to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for machine learning applications.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
  • Optimize and monitor models to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement best practices in MLOps, version control, and model lifecycle management.
  • Integrate models into operational systems alongside engineering and analytics teams.
  • Document workflows, code, and methodologies to ensure maintainability and reproducibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar language, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with large-scale media or marketing datasets.
  • Knowledge of advanced ML techniques such as recommendation systems, NLP, or predictive analytics.
