💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of modern frontend tooling (bundlers, linters, build tools).
- Experience working with design systems (internal design system preferred or similar).
- Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating with APIs and authentication flows (REST, token-based auth).
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and/or Playwright.
- Strong CSS skills and responsive design expertise.
- Build responsive and scalable UI experiences using React and internal design system components.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and UX guidelines.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and authentication flows.
- Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-device/browser compatibility.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and shared design patterns.
- Participate in UI code reviews, automated testing, and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and performance issues.
