OBSS is looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.
Qualifications / Technical Skills
- 10+ years in Financial Technologies, Banking, or Business Consultancy
- Deep technical knowledge of crypto-specific back-office: settlement, post-trade processes, and digital asset accounting
- Proven experience in launching or scaling a crypto-native project (a significant plus)
- Strong ability to translate blockchain operations into structured, compliant banking workflows
Main Responsibilities
- Architect robust crypto accounting and reconciliation flows that integrate seamlessly with core banking ledgers.
- Design and govern end-to-end crypto trading operations, ensuring full alignment with institutional banking standards.
- Oversee the post-trade lifecycle, establishing high-standard control mechanisms for transaction validation, settlement, and reporting.
- Act as the primary SME for core crypto business logic, managing the complexities of on-chain asset movements and off-chain records.
- Develop audit-ready operational frameworks that satisfy regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure custody and settlement strategies within a highly regulated environment.
