Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, stand-ups)
• Lead and support PI Planning sessions in a scaled Agile environment
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Conduct process analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Support customer experience (CX) focused initiatives
• Lead Agile workshops and training sessions
• Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• Scrum Master experience (hands-on)
• PI Planning experience
• Agile methodologies (Sprint ceremonies, backlog management)
• Project Management
• Product Backlog ownership
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Required
• PMP – Preferred

• Experience in scaled Agile / SAFe environments
