Key Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 Apps, and VIP meeting room systems.
  • Backup & DR: Daily monitoring of Veeam Backups and ensuring 99% success rates.
  • System Admin: Manage M365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and basic ERP (Business Central) support.
  • Asset Management: Track hardware lifecycle (Laptops, Surface devices, IP Phones).

Key Skill Sets:

  • Modern Workplace: Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Backup: Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Hardware: Troubleshooting Surface devices, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
  • Soft Skills: Clear communication for "VIP" user support and incident ticket management.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications for HR Screening:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 3+ years for Specialist.
