Job Title: Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Product Designer with a solid design sense and hands-on experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and material understanding. The ideal candidate should be able to contribute both creatively and technically across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with market requirements and current trends
• Create compelling product storytelling and sales pitch presentations
• Prepare high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings of developed concepts
• Explore and evaluate new materials for product development
• Assist in Product R&D activities and new product development
• Create and maintain PRDs and other product-related technical documentation
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of design and technical files
• Provide first-cut product training to internal stakeholders
• Support the L&D team in developing training curriculum for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in product launches and go-to-market activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and internal teams to improve and develop new products
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth product development and execution
• Visit expos and industry events for market research and trend analysis

• Strong design sensibility with practical understanding of materials and finishes
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
• Ability to translate concepts into technically feasible designs
• Knowledge of product documentation and development processes
• Strong presentation and communication skills
