Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive revenue performance, franchise governance, center expansion planning, and data-led business decision-making across multi-ownership models.This role requires strong analytical depth, structured thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Ops, BD, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Unit Economics Management
Own center-level P&L tracking, take-rate governance, margin analysis, and cost normalization initiatives.
- Franchise Governance & Performance Monitoring
Design and implement performance review frameworks for franchise partners; track compliance, KPIs, and operational adherence.
- Center Expansion Evaluation
Assess financial feasibility and performance benchmarks for new and existing centers.
- Data & Dashboarding
Build automated dashboards and trackers to improve visibility on revenue, costs, and partner performance.
- Process Optimization & Automation
Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and reduce manual reporting dependencies.
- Cross-Functional Program Leadership
Lead strategic initiatives across Finance, Ops, BD, and Marketing; drive alignment and ensure timely execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Program Management / Business Ops / Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred, advanced Excel/Sheets mandatory).
- Experience working with P&L, unit economics, and revenue modeling.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Structured thinking with high execution bias.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
