Who We Are

We're building a next-generation Transportation Management System (TMS) for US trucking companies. Based in Vilnius, our startup values open communication, continuous learning, and practical solutions that make a real impact.

The Challenge

You'll join us at a critical phase where we're:

• Building and launching our V1 with our first enterprise client
• Developing accounting and payroll modules
• Optimizing system performance for enterprise-scale operations
• Working on core TMS functionality that will transform how trucking companies operate

Our Tech Stack

• Backend: Python
• Database: MySQL
• Infrastructure: AWS Lambda, SQS, ElasticSearch
• Tools: SQLAlchemy, Pydantic

Your Team

You'll join a focused team of 10 engineers (5 backend, 5 frontend) consisting of experienced mid-level developers and several seniors. You'll have opportunities to learn from more experienced team members while taking ownership of significant features.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of backend development experience
• Good understanding of SQL databases
• Experience with web applications and REST APIs
• Solid software design principles knowledge
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Experience with Python is a plus - we believe strong engineers can quickly master new languages with the right support
