Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the mechanical/civil works for a large value, Data Centre project in Finland. Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a client facing role with overall responsibility for construction, safety & welfare, quality, programme, contracts & commercial. The Campus Manager/Project Director will oversee the Project Team and will be expected to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Minimum 15years experience in Project Management roles, managing large teams
• Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path
• Previous experience in Client-facing role an advantage
• Previous experience working in Data Centres an advantage
• Strong commercial & contract knowledge
