We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Administrator with expertise in networking to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure with a primary focus on network systems. This role involves ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of all network operations while providing support for related IT systems.
Your tasks:
- Conception, administration and further development of our network and system landscape
- Carrying out operational tasks on firewall, switch, router, VPN and WLAN components
- Administration and maintenance of servers (Windows, Linux), VMWare environments
- Independent analysis, classification and elimination of system faults in the systems under management
- Maintenance and further development of our IT systems
- Collaboration and coordination with our external service providers to optimize and implement systems
Your profile:
- Completed degree or training with a focus on information technology or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in the areas of switching, routing, firewalls and VPN
- Experience in the areas of IT infrastructure and IT support
- Fluent German and fluent English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- High ability to work in a team as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to communicate and adapt
