At Reonic, we’re on a mission to simplify renewable technology with our B2B SaaS solutions for solar, storage, and heat pumps. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by 1,600+ business customers, we’re looking for a Product Manager with a focus on QA and Testing to work closely with our engineering team.

What You Will Do

• 🧪 Lead QA and Testing Efforts: Test new features, provide detailed feedback, and ensure quality before release. Focus on spotting issues early and maintaining smooth software functionality.
• 🤝 Collaborate Closely with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with the tech, design, product teams to switch tasks efficiently and prioritize what matters most.
• 🧩 Support Product Maintenance and Development: Contribute to dashboard concepts, ongoing software improvements, and contract-related features—help shape our product for the long-term.
• 💡 Be the Voice of the User: Spot usability gaps and suggest improvements — you don’t have to be a UX designer, just a strong advocate for great experiences.
• 📣 Communication Hub: Collect feedback, triage bug reports, and create clear tickets for the engineering team. Strong communication is key.
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 🌱 Passion for Renewables: Genuine interest in renewable energy and willingness to dig into technical details.
• 🌍 Excellent Communicator: C2 proficiency in at least one of the required languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) plus strong English (C1+). You’re confident talking to multiple stakeholders.
• 💡 Product Mindset: You think beyond checklists—understand the customer’s perspective and anticipate issues before they arise.
• 🌿 Culture Fit: Excited about clean energy, unafraid to speak up to solve problems and working in a collaborative team that values learning and ownership.
• 🏢 Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, QA/Testing, or a traditional product management role. Familiarity with design principles and/or UX/UI concepts is a plus.

Location

Full-time, in-office role in Augsburg, Germany, with 2–4 weeks onboarding in Berlin.
