Product Manager - Loyalty Platform (all genders)

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on ownership, analytical depth, and execution.

This is not a role where deep prior PM expertise is required. Instead, we’re looking for exceptional problem-solvers - people who can absorb complexity, break it down into clear priorities, and turn strategy into action.

Job Requirements

• Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact product initiatives, from planning through execution
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and actionable roadmaps
• Translate complex data and diverse inputs into sharp, well-reasoned decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, Game Operations, and Data
• Drive execution in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Ideally you have a degree from a top university and experience in a competitive environment (e.g., top-tier consultancy, high-growth tech company, or similarly fast-paced setting)
• 2–5 years of experience in roles with strong analytical and strategic exposure (e.g., Growth Manager, Business Operations, or similar) and working on or closely with mobile apps — ideally with exposure to gaming, gamification, or consumer-facing digital products
• Exceptional analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability paired with intellectual curiosity and the confidence to challenge assumptions
• A bias toward execution and delivering measurable impact
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
