Business and Data Analyst Sybase ASE & IQ - European Institution - Remote & Luxembourg

We are seeking Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Business and Data Analysts to conduct methodical investigations and documentation related to business goals, objectives, functions, and processes. In this role, you will analyze information and data, define requirements for improving processes and systems, and quantify potential business benefits. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to gather data needs and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success. You will adapt business analysis approaches to suit the context, choosing between predictive and adaptive methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Transact SQL (Sybase ASE & IQ)
  • Skills in statistical analysis, data visualization, and effective communication
  • Experience with diverse datasets and creating reports or dashboards to aid business decision-making

Additional/Advantageous Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking and fund management sectors
  • Practical experience in relevant domains (e.g., Trader, Banker, Accountant)
  • Previous projects providing actionable insights through data analysis
