Digital & Agile Governance Lead

• Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, as a lead you will establish and lead enterprise-wide governance frameworks across digital delivery, agile execution, IT investment and transformation assurance.
• You will act as the central role for delivery governance, IT budget oversight, portfolio assurance, and providing day-to-day governance support to Chief Digital & Information Officer.

• Operate digital and Agile governance frameworks for controlled delivery
• Drive Agile and product-led delivery models, supporting organisational change
• Oversee IT budget governance and financial tracking
• Partner with the Digital Transformation Office for value realisation and portfolio assurance
• Support Chief Digital & Information Officer with resourcing, technology forums and vendor governance
• Maintain portfolio governance and executive dashboards
• Align governance with data protection and cybersecurity frameworks
• Lead risk management and compliance for digital initiatives

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 10+ years’ experience in digital delivery, transformation governance, portfolio management, enterprise PMO leadership
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide governance transformation and cultural change initiatives
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery models, product-led operating models, portfolio governance, IT financial management, and executive reporting
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or similar
• Experience in Agile and product-led environments is highly desirable
• Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile Coaching, or similar certifications is highly desirable
• Experience in regulated or public-sector environments is highly desirable
