I’m working with a client in Dublin that is seeking a Data/ Business Analytics Leader that can help the organisation extract the most value from their data & analytics department. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience building relationships across an organisation right up to C-Suite, outlining strategy and acting as a critical link between the programme and the business.

Responsibilities:

• Audit current data & analytics department and create a vision & roadmap that will enable the team to generate the most value from their data.
• Create a high-level delivery plan that satisfies both Leadership and line department C-level and Directors
• Ensure that resources clearly understand the objectives and the business rational behind the roadmap
• Provide accurate and regular reporting on the initiatives to senior stakeholders within the business
• Be a strong influence across business, tech and senior stakeholders

Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in the area of data & analytics
• Extensive experience delivering data products at an enterprise scale
• Experience using data (numbers, reports, dashboards, metrics) and analytics tools to support decision-making in a business function or department.
• Track record of building strong internal relationships from line managers up to C-Suite
• Skilled in explaining analytical approaches and strategies to non-technical business users
• Experienced in working with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced level of experience with the MS Office Suite
