About the Job

Responsibilities :

• Workflow Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues within IAP workflows, including Automation Builder, adapters, and event triggers.
• NSO Operations: Manage NSO service templates and device configurations using the NSO CLI and RESTCONF APIs.
• Integration & APIs: Support integrations between IAP and third-party systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, IPAM) using API calls and database queries.
• Incident Management: Conduct root cause analysis for failed automation jobs and provide advanced performance tuning for complex processes.
• CI/CD Maintenance: Assist in managing automation code versioning using tools like GitLab or BitBucket

Skill set :

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco NSO (YANG models, NEDs, service templates).
• Proficiency in Itential Automation Platform (IAP) (Workflow Engine, Automation Gateway).
• Experience with Python or Java for scripting and automation.( optional )
• Network Knowledge: Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking (BGP, OSPF) and multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
• Tools: Familiarity with Postman, Jira, and Linux environments.

Experience: Typically 3–7 years in network engineering or automation, preferably in the telecom sector platform Support: Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco NSO and Itential IAP environments to ensure high availability for automation services
