Setup Manager

Our Support and Service Team in Riga is looking for a Setup Manager to join the team due to an increase in current and future workload.

Please note that this role requires you to be based in Riga and work in an on-site format.

We expect:

• This is an entry-level role, we are ready to teach;
• Sufficient technical knowledge, including network routing and a basic understanding of web applications;
• Experience with or understanding of HTML, Figma;
• Experience in planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks (Jira, Kanban);
• Experience in full stack or web development projects;
• B2 level of English or higher;
• Client and results oriented person;
• Good communication skills;
• Team player with a strong “get things done” attitude.

Skills that will be a plus:

• Experience within Project Management or IT Account management;
• Technical education or relevant technical courses (Project Management, QA, or similar);
• Exposure to tech, gaming, or online platforms;
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support day-to-day communication with partners and external teams regarding project scope and objectives;
• Assist in the project development process;
• Coordinate the company's products delivery related activities with all involved internal departments;
• Act as the central point of coordination between Development and Product teams;
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
• Help manage project changes and version updates to ensure smooth delivery;
• Maintain project documentation, project plans, and status updates;
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external product guides and procedures;
• Support the estimation of effort required for projects or change requests;
• Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations.
