Our client, a leading alternative investment firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support the ongoing development and optimisation of its AIFM operations in Luxembourg.


This is a key role for someone eager to enhance operational performance, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive meaningful process improvements across a dynamic investment platform.



Your Responsibilities

  • Support the design and rollout of new operational frameworks and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process and technology improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance AIFM operations and governance.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Fund Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of change initiatives.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay informed about regulatory updates and best practices within the AIFM landscape.



Your Profile

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Fund Operations, or Transformation within an AIFM or alternative investment environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of analytics, automation, or workflow tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical and solution-focused, able to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Confident communicator, skilled at fostering collaboration across teams and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of operational and system implementation processes in fund management.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimisation and change management.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
