We are looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Operations Specialist for our client: a prestigious, global leader in the FinTech and Cryptocurrency industry.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Facilities Support Management: Ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality working conditions on-site.
- Employee Support: Providing administrative and operational assistance to all employees and leadership.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating and supervising external service providers (janitorial, meal services, maintenance, etc.).
- Space Planning: Managing desk assignments, office layouts, and project-managing internal team moves.
- Reporting: Preparing expense reports, operational analyses, and other data-driven insights.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Overseeing company assets and maintaining optimal stock of office supplies and inventory.
- Project Management: Leading various facility-related projects and maintenance updates.
- Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing necessary equipment, materials, and services.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Physical Security and IT teams to prioritize and enhance the in-office experience.
- Administrative Excellence: Handling various ad-hoc tasks and supporting the manager with operational duties.
Job Requirements & Competencies:
- Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in Slovenian and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and excellence in organizing and prioritizing.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy with a high level of integrity.
