Golang Developer

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Go (Golang) Software Development Engineer who is passionate about building scalable backend systems and writing clean, reliable code. This role fits engineers who are ambitious and eager to grow fast, as well as experienced developers who already operate with architectural thinking and production awareness.  

What will you be responsible for? 

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go.
• Build and scale REST APIs and background workers.
• Design clean, maintainable, and well-structured services. 
• Reason about performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• Work with MySQL for core data and Redis for caching and queues. 
• Write clean, testable, production-ready code. 
• Participate in architectural and technical discussions. 
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and containerized deployments. 
• Take ownership of features and critical product flows. 

Are you the one we’re looking for? 

• Solid experience with Go (or strong backend background and ability to quickly adopt Go).
• Understanding of concurrency and Goroutines.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL. 
• Experience building REST APIs and good understanding of HTTP, JSON, and API design. 
• Experience using Git in collaborative workflows.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code. 
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good English oral & written communication skills. 
• People skills, proactive attitude, and mindful of company resources.
• Very well organized with good time management and autonomy. 

What extra skills help? 

• Experience building or maintaining production systems. 
• Knowledge of microservices architecture. 
• Familiarity with Redis (caching, background jobs, queues). 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). 
• Understanding of performance tuning and system optimization. 
• Experience writing unit and integration tests. 
• Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, monitoring).
