Contract Type: Temporary (6 months), with possibility of extension
About the Role:
We are seeking two highly capable Consultants to support the Direct Sourcing team during several upcoming high‑value tenders.
The consultants will play a crucial role in operational and analytical support, ensuring readiness, continuity, and excellence across tender activities in a complex procurement environment.
Key Responsibilities
The roles focus strictly on operational, analytical, and project‑management support, including:
Analytical & Data Work
- Collection, validation, and analysis of tender‑related data
- Development of analytics to support category strategies and tender decisions
- Preparation of KPI reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries
Tender Preparation & Execution
- Groundwork across technical and commercial work-streams for tender readiness
- Preparation of memos, documentation packages, and tender materials
- Support supplier performance tracking and contract implementation
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordination of technical, commercial, and committee panel briefings
- Tracking timelines and ensuring adherence to key milestones
- Follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining operational continuity and high delivery standards across tenders
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for two complementary profiles, working closely together:
- Data‑Focused Consultant (strong analytics & dashboards)
- Senior Consultant (able to prepare management‑level presentations; not presenting themselves)
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in sourcing, procurement analytics, or tender support
- Advanced data analysis capabilities (Especially Excel)
- Experience supporting high‑value tenders, supplier performance, or contract execution
- Strong capability in market intelligence, cost‑of‑goods analysis, and category support
- Experience working in global health, LMIC markets, or complex procurement environments is highly valued
- Excellent coordination, project management, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Pharma industry experience (high bonus, not mandatory)
- Exposure to global partners, suppliers, or market shaping initiatives
- Excel Power users are welcome
