About the Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML and Deep Learning models. You will work extensively with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras to build optimized, production-ready solutions. This role involves working across the full ML lifecycle—from data preprocessing and experimentation to deployment and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis using Python.
• Develop and optimize models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Implement classical ML algorithms and advanced deep learning architectures.
• Utilize NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for data analysis and model development.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Apply model evaluation techniques and fine-tuning strategies.
• Contribute to clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Support model deployment and basic MLOps processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Supervised, Unsupervised Learning, Model Evaluation).
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with:

• NumPy
• Pandas
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with C++ (performance optimization or backend integration) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to model deployment pipelines and basic MLOps concepts.
• Experience working on real-world ML projects (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (preferred).
