About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a UI Designer to work with one of our clients in the financial services sector.
As a Visual/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating modern, responsive interfaces for the website, ensuring a visually consistent experience that aligns with the brand identity.
You will work within a collaborative and agile team composed of a Lead Designer, Content Designer, and Project Managers.
This is a hybrid position in Lisbon Metropolitan Area.

- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers for consistent implementation.
- Balance innovation and simplicity while adhering to existing brand guidelines.
- Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment following agile development principles.
- Portuguese Proficiency is a must-have.
- Proven experience in UI design with a focus on responsive web design (intermediate/advanced level).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and design system frameworks.
- Experience in branding or marketing visual campaigns.
- Familiarity with visual analytics tools such as heatmaps.
