Project Manager (f/m/d)

The opportunity

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in The Netherlands for our Business Unit Grid Integration. You will be responsible for leading the projects in the field of high voltage and/or automation and security of grids. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Overseeing all operational activities for project completion
• Managing budgets, profitability, and guarantees
• Planning and tracking work to meet deadlines
• Ensuring safety throughout project execution
• Handling project documentation and compliance
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers and resolving issues
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Leading and inspiring a team of Project Engineers and subcontractors
  
  

Your background

• Technical education (preferably in electrical/energy engineering)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience in renewables, especially High Voltage
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
• Project Management Certification is an advantage
• Proactive, results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, commercial, and negotiation skills
