PROJECT

The project focuses on building and interating front‑end workflows and operational applications on Palantir Foundry and AIP to support AI‑enabled insurance operations.

The goal is to create production‑grade UI flows for underwriting, risk modeling, exposure management, and global submission processes by combining enterprise data, operational workflows, and AI‑powered components.

The role is highly collaborative and requires close work with business, product, ontology, and data engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end user-facing workflows on Foundry/AIP.

YOU WILL

• Build and maintain UI workflows and front‑end components on Palantir Foundry and AIP
• Implement workflows supporting:

1. submission intake & triage
2. exposure management (Statement of Values intake, risk modeling)
3. global submission intake & clearance flows

• Integrate front‑end applications with underlying ontology objects, data pipelines, and APIs
• Build client-facing flows that connect with:

1. pricing tools
2. policy administration systems
3. other internal front-end & policy systems (APIs)

• Collaborate across three squads (client internal, platform provider, vendor)
• Ensure high UX quality, responsiveness, and production-grade performance
• Work closely with product owners & business stakeholders to translate workflows into technical implementations

MUST HAVE

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 2+ years developing on Palantir Foundry and/or AIP (front‑end workflows, UI apps, operational tools)
• Strong front‑end development skills (React/TypeScript or equivalent), even if abstracted by Palantir UI frameworks
• Proven experience delivering production-grade Foundry/AIP applications combining multiple data sources
• Ability to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate business/technical discussions
• Fluent English and Polish

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance or London Market
• Familiarity with underwriting, exposure management, or risk modeling workflows
• Experience integrating Foundry/AIP apps with policy or pricing systems
• Experience working in multi‑squad, multi‑vendor environments
