About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on HR Generalist with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to support our HR operations. This role will focus primarily on HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, work permits, and supplier communication. The position reports to the CHRO and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes (employment contracts, documentation, system entries)
- Handle personnel files and ensure full compliance with local labor legislation
- Prepare employment-related documentation
- Track attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs
- Support payroll processes in coordination with finance/external payroll providers
- Ensure accurate HRIS data management and reporting
Work Permits & Legal Compliance
- Manage work permit applications and renewals for foreign employees
- Follow up on residence permits and official documentation processes
- Liaise with relevant government institutions when necessary
- Monitor compliance with labor law and internal policies
Recruitment Support
- Support recruitment processes
International Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate with international HR-related suppliers (e.g., payroll providers, relocation agencies, etc)
- Support contract follow-ups and documentation with external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
- Knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes
- Experience with payroll inputs and attendance tracking
- Experience managing work permit processes is a strong plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
