Responsibilities:

• Adversary Simulation & Red Teaming - Deep understanding of APT tactics, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and offensive security methodologies, breach and attack simulations, simulates real-world attacks to test an organization's defenses.
• Use advanced techniques and tools to emulate adversaries, exploring potential entry points and weaknesses within systems, networks, and applications.
• By thinking like a hacker, Red Team Specialists provide valuable insights that help organizations strengthen company’s cybersecurity measures, ensuring resilience against potential threats and reducing the risk of data breaches or other malicious activities.
• Identify vulnerabilities, and improve overall security posture.
• To report regularly to senior management and direct the actions to be taken.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Graduated from universities with a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing or red teaming.
• Research and develop custom exploits, payloads, and post-exploitation tools.
• Bypass and evade modern endpoint detection and response (EDR), antivirus (AV), sandbox,network security solutions.
• Develop and implement stealthy command and control (C2) frameworks.
• Identify zero-day vulnerabilities and craft proof-of-concept (PoC) exploits.
• Exploit Development - Ability to develop custom exploits, malware, and payloads in Python, C, C++, or Assembly.
• Security Evasion Techniques - Knowledge of bypassing EDR, AV, and other security controls.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCE, OSCP, GPEN highly desirable.
• Scripting & Automation - Strong skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and automation of attack workflows.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
